Here’s a speak-out and stand-up list of things you can do to create and contribute to positive change. Just do one thing!
An ounce of practice is worth more than tons of preaching.

Sign an online petition that supports your cause.
Post and share something online that is educational, supported by facts.
Post a positive, empathetic statement of support.
Post a firsthand account of someone’s struggle.
Post a story of hope and kindness.
Make and post a sign at your house or slap a bumper sticker on your car.
Explain to your younger kids why it’s important.
Discuss with your older kids why it’s important.
Protest peacefully in the spirit of Gandhi.
Contribute to peaceful advocacy organizations.
Write a letter or call your congressional representative.
VOTE, VOTE, VOTE.
You must be the change you wish to see in the world.
