Some blog posts are worth reposting…like this one…4 years later. I’m dragging it out of the dark and into the light today because Winter is almost upon us. The dark days grow longer, throwing many into seasonal depression.
I found this illuminating chart on Facebook. I don’t know who created it, but I do know that they just showed us what we can do to activate our Happiness Chemicals aka our Feel Good Powers. This chart is our weapon against the darkness.
Imagine if we did one or more of these activities from each quadrant EVERY SINGLE DAY?
